Freedom From Guilt & Shame: A Women's Retreat Sharing

The retreat was wonderful. When we heard the teaching on the Seasons I really didn't grasp it. I kind of just left it in the Lord's hands. Lo & behold by the end of the retreat the Holy Spirit brought the whole teaching alive in my heart. I'm still learning what else He wants to show me about my seasons. In the midst of that I was burdened by a couple of sins in my life. I said to the Lord that if I could get in line early I would confess them out loud in confession. I spat everything out and experienced a freedom from guilt! He took away my shame!! Then filled me with a heart on fire. Everything came together and Jesus freed me!! Especially during confession and then having my sisters pray with me. Yes, I am restored, renewed and ready for the next moment Jesus calls me too.
